The ABE Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Business Management programme provides a professional qualification that may be used to prepare directly for a career in business, or to gain advanced entry onto a range of professional qualifications and university degrees in the UK and other countries. The programme provides students with an appreciation of the theoretical issues currently involved in the study of business and a range of practical skills which will enhance their value to potential employers. Major themes running throughout the programme include Management, Finance and Accounting, Marketing and IT.

Students who wish to take Diploma in Business Management should have minimum aggregate of C in O' Levels or two years working experience or a Certificate in Business Management.

Holders of Diploma in Business Management will have a firm grounding in IT and business skills.

The course is conducted in two parts for a period of 10 months and students cover following units:-

Diploma Part One (5 Months)

• Quantitative Methods for Business & Management
• Organizational Behaviour
• Financial Accounting
• Economics Principles & their Application to Business
  

Diploma Part Two (5 Months)

• Management in Action (Synoptics)
• Human Resource Management
• Marketing, Policy Planning & Communication
  

Plus any two options 

• Managerial Accounting
• Principles of Business Law
• Systems Analysis & Design

The course is conducted twice a year and the intake is January and June of every year
